  1. Always with the delicious food miss. Always makes me hungry hahaha.

As I am unsure of any other way to contact you, I’ve come up with a new goal, as I finally beat my 10 minute per mile barrier:

7 minute miles. I think I may just about get close to falling over and dying hahaha.

    Anyhow, hope you are well.

    • You can get there. If you’re focusing on a great one-mile time, cut your weekly mileage and do hard-effort interval speedwork (something like 1mi warmup, 6x400m OR 4x800m, 1/2mi cool off) Run easy and longer 1-2x/week (say, 4-8mi). You’ll see your mile times drop through the floor after about a month.

      I promise you won’t die!

And it’s been great keeping in touch with you, Mister! ;D
